Celeb Poker is a fairly new online poker room. The primary strategy is to use celebrities to attract new players and the strategy seems to be working. CelebPoker has used celebrities such as Joaquim De Almeida, Lou Diamond Philips, Nick Carter, and Brian McFadden to promote their brand and start things off. Apparently people like the opportunity to play against their idols, because Celeb Poker has been off to a good start and attracted a lot of players.

Live help can be called directly from the table, and the most basic functionality is available.

Poker Games Offered
A fairly small selection of games: Texas Holdem no-limit, pot-limit and limit. Seven-card stud – fixed limit. Five-card stud – fixed limit and pot-limit.

Software and Graphics
CelebPoker has great graphics. The poker room is created for the recreational poker player and the design is excellent. It is not suitable to play multiple tables but both the lobby section and the poker tables are well designed.

Player traffic
The player traffic at Celeb Poker is fair. There are enough players to keep games going on all the small stakes tables most of the time, and middle limit tables are often running during peak hours.

Soft Competition
The competition is very soft on the Boss Media network. It is a small network and the expert players prefer larger networks where they have a larger selection of tables.
