Bonus Terms & Conditions
The bonus amount will automatically be added to your pending bonus account where it is held until you have fulfilled the wager requirements. You need to accumulate 100 points to have $10 transferred from your bonus account into your player account. Points are awarded for every raked hand (minimum rake is $0.50) or tournament entrance fees. Each raked hand awards one point and every 1$ in tournament fee is also worth 1 point. When you have met the requirements your bonus will be automatically released to your cash account.

AbsolutePoker is a fairly new online poker room, but already established as reliable and trustworthy. Absolute poker always offers great promotions for their players, they have good bonus offers and the integrated loyalty bonus program is also very nice.

Features
Absolute Poker has all the basic features and also a lot of cool stuff such as adding avatars to your profile. The picture you insert will then be displayed to your opponents when you are playing at a table. You can also setup private online tournaments and battle your friends, colleagues or enemies.

Poker Games Offered
Texas Holdem no-limit, pot-limit and limit. 1-on-1 tables and shorthand tables are also available. Omaha High and High/Low. Seven-card stud High and High/Low. (7-card stud and Omaha can be found in shorthand or full table versions and either no-limit, but limit or fixed limit).

Software and Graphics
The graphical side of AbsolutePoker is ok, and there is nothing fancy about it, besides the avatar function. The table layout and possibility to add avatars adds something special to the online poker experience. The graphical elements are very simple and can seem clumsy. Nevertheless, the software runs very good and Absolute Poker seem especially resistant towards disconnection problems. The single most annoying feature at AbsolutePoker is the sound. It sounds like a mixture of a poker game and a slots machine.

Player traffic
The player traffic at AbsolutePoker is below average. The majorities of players are attracted by the great bonus structure and only play low stakes tables to clear their bonus money. There is sufficient action at peak hours at most stakes, however if you are looking for games 24/7 you should go somewhere else.

Soft Competition
The competition is very soft up to around $2/$4 on the fixed limit tables and $1/$2 on the no-limit tables. The flop percentage is high and people generally don’t know what they are doing. At the end of the day, it will probably come to a surprise to some of them that they are not participating in a game of scrapple.
