This book is great for the average NL hold'em player just looking to gain some knowledge regarding tournament stategies. He goes in depth on how to play many types of hands/draws against every style of opponents. Also, Erick stresses non stop the importance of winning the tournament not just maknig the money. He proves how it is more profitable to occasionaly bust on the bubble while trying to gain chips to survive through the high blinds and fast action. Not only does this book teach you how to get to the Final table but also how to play at the final table, and even a chapter on heads up play which is considered to be the most difficult of all. On top of all the stategy Erick and Matt use there own experiences to help demonstate the positives of using the techniques they provide, as an example allownig your opponent to bluff even when you hold a marginal hand and making small pre flop raises early in the tournament to play more flops which is where amatuers have the most trouble. THIS BOOK IS AWESOME!
