Spread Limit Hold'em

Highly recommended. I was having some challenges going from my regular $3-$6 game to a new $1-$4-$8 game, the strange betting was putting me in situations where I didn't know what to do, exactly. This book helped me figure out the best moves to make. My win rate has gone from negative (over a couple of hundred hours) to a positive (not quite a big bet an hour). The examples in the book really helped. It also talks about some spread limits that I've never played before, but I guess they exist somewhere, and if I find myself in a game with those structures I'll be ready. I guess I never really thought about the differences between the structures, but when I went from a winning player to a slight loser, I knew something was wrong and this book helped me "seal my leaks", plus I actually laughed a few times---first poker book that made me do that.
