before the carrds are deakt the blinds r put out they r the 2 players left 2 the dealer. once there out the cards r dealt. players then can check there cards and make there bets once all bets hav matched the big blind the flop comes out, then another round of betting once all bets r the same the next card comes out which is the turn, betting happens again. then same on the river card. left to the dealer would begin the betting 2009-01-20 11:00 |

Just to clarify the other response. Once the highest bet made pre-flop is matched, then betting stops and the flop is dealt. So if someone raises pre-flop, every1 has to match that raise before the flop is dealt. If someone re-raises, everyone has to match that bet before the flop is dealt and so on.
