I am playing no limit hold'em for around 1 year. I have finished reading Sklansky's Low Stakes Hold'em Winning Big With Expert Strategy.. Excellent from a fundamental point of view, but difficult to use strategically in no-limit games, for obvious reasons. I bought I because of its great reviews.

I have noticed my style becoming more aggresive givin the correct situations, and I am able to protect my holding with enough kop on to keep players in when necessary and narrow the field when necessary.
